TSKgel hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) columns are widely used for analyzing the drug-to-antibody ratios (DARs) in ADCs (antibody-drug conjugates). The new TSKgel HIC-ADC column line features a novel particle technology with increased uniformity and increased ligand density relative to traditional HIC columns.

Following the success of the recently launched TSKgel HIC-ADC Butyl column, we are happy to introduce a complementary solution, offering an alternate selectivity to target ADCs rich in π-stacking interactions and nucleic acid content: the TSKgel HIC-ADC Phenyl column.
